- Providing 2nd Line support to a varied client base.
- Being able to act as a skilled first point of contact is key. An MSP background is preferred. This role is supporting an Irish MSP.
- For this role it is vital that English language skills, both written and verbal are at a very high level.
- Provide IT support to customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answering the Helpdesk Support phone calls, texts, tickets and chats.
- Support senior engineers on projects.
- Expertise in ticketing/RMM systems.
- MS365, Windows server.
- GPO/AD management.
- Firewall troubleshooting.
- VLANs, virtualization (VMware/HyperV).
- Cloud skills (Azure preferred).

@Uptime provide white label IT Support and NOC services to MSPs enabling them to extend the services they can offer their customers. This role involves working with a leading Irish based MSP who will provide further training in order to assist the successful candidate in increasing their technical knowledge.
This role will be remote initially and possibly hybrid at a later date.
