A top internationally BPO is urgently looking for Call Centre agents with a minimum of 1 year experience dealing with the UK clients.
Minimum Requirements and Experience:

High level of verbal & written English proficiency, with a neutral accent.

A minimum of 12 months relevant working experience in a similar role, within a multi-channel (Voice & Email) customer service /contact centre environment with documented proof of positive assessment .

Preference will be given to candidates who have prior customer service experience with international clients (especially with the UK).

High level of proficiency in the following Microsoft packages (Word, Excel & Outlook); together with the ability to navigate between multiple screens.
Function: Customer Service Agent (Inbound and Outbound, E-mail Correspondence)
Salary: Market related
Hours: 9 am – 10 pm Rotational shifts
