Job Description
UX Writing:
- Design all product interfaces and automated message copy.
- Write copy for digital products, including user interfaces, emails, notifications, help content, and other digital experiences.
- Ensure that copy provides customers with guidance, context and comprehension of content.
- Ensure that copy is clear, consistent, user-centric, within our band tone and incorporates elements of storytelling where relevant.
- Participate in user research and validation to inform and validate UX writing hypotheses.
- Develop conversational designs that enable natural and efficient interactions between users and digital products.
- Ensure that all content is SEO-friendly and optimized for search engines.
- Design and manage our product copy strategy.
- Disseminate and communicate our copy strategy.
- Design and manage copy guidelines that are easy to understand and implement for anyone in the Product team.
- Partner with Product Designers, Product Owners, Researchers to deliver on UX writing outputs.
- Ensure that content is delivered on time and meets quality standards.
- Independently manage stakeholders expectations across multiple projects.
- Collaborate with the product team to create clear and concise content that is consistent with the brand voice, tone, and style.
- Manage priority of work, with the oversight of the Product Design Director.
Preferred Education
- Bachelor Degree in Communication Science / Relevant Qualification Experience
- 5 years relevant experience
Bachelor`s Degrees and Advanced Diplomas: Physical, Mathematical, Computer and Life Sciences (Required)
