• Design and develop user interfaces and wireframes.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve the user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and improve user experience.
• Create interactive prototypes to demonstrate design concepts and functionality.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design.

Essential

• Fluent in English (Written and Verbal).
• Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma.
• Computer literate, including using (Microsoft Word, Excel & Email).
• Flexible to work US Timezone hours for 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday).
• Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent.
• Highly motivated, career-focused professional.
• 3+ Years of Experience in a UX/UI design role.

Desirable

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, UX/UI design, or a related field.
• Experience working with remote teams is a plus.
