5x telesales agents are needed to contact businesses and individuals by telephone in order to promote and sell goods and service.
Job responsibilities:
- Capture leads on database, gather information & verify details.
- Convert inquiries into sales by answering inbound telephone calls.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing set results.
- To achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals in accordance with goals
- Development of customer relations and loyalty
- Generating and qualifying leads from cold calling
- Managing, tracking and following up on leads
- Setting up meetings with leads given.
- Conducting sales presentations through the phone and screen sharing
- Creating and updating activity reports
Job requirements:
- Grade 12
- Knowledge of sales, marketing principles and strategies.
- Experience in sales, marketing, promotions or telesales.
- Product knowledge.
- Proficiency in relevant computer application.
- Selling to customer needs
- Knowledge of Office automation industry will be an advantage.
