Vacancy for a receptionist

We are currently looking for a receptionist / office administrator to start immediately in the notor industry.

Job requirements:

  • Friendly and welcoming, must love working with people as this position include working with people on a daily bases.
  • We are looking for a lady between the ages of 23 - 35.
  • Afrikaans and English speaking.
  • Good communication and telephone skills.
  • Experience in Word, Excel, Pastel and Pastel Point of sale.
  • Experience in the motor industry will be beneficial.

Job responsibilities:

  • Answering phone calls.
  • Welcoming/ Helping walk in clients.
  • Make and managing Bookings.
  • Type and send Quotations.
  • Receive payments of Accounts and Cash Accounts.
  • Payouts and Cash ups duties.
  • Requesting Orders for Invoices from Dealers.
  • Follow up on Insurance Authorizations.
  • Book Clients on Quotations Authorized.
  • Manage emails from Managers.
  • Placing Orders.
  • Receiving Orders – Double checking goods received.
  • Invoicing for Client.
  • Buying of Office supplies.
  • Any other duties the director and manager requires job related.
