We are looking for a admin/secretary to join our small team at our offices based in Ballito.
Job requirements:
- Half day - strictly mornings only
- Must have transport and be in close proximity to Ballito
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Organisation and time management skills
- Telephone appropriate - must speak English
- Accounting knowledge
- Debt Collecting skills
- Attention to detail
- Negotiation skills
- Assertiveness
- Tact, discretion and diplomacy
- The ability to be proactive and use your initiative: to see what needs doing and to do it
- The ability to use standard software packages (eg Microsoft Office/ excel / Microsoft Word ) and be able to learn bespoke packages if required
Job responsibilities:
- Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
- Typing, preparing and collating reports
- Filing
- Liaising with relevant organisations and clients
- Logging or processing bills or expenses
- Debt Collecting
- Chasing payments
