Looking for a personal assistant in Mowbray.
Job responsibilities:
- Providing Management with full administrative support, and attending to specific allocated tasks in both a professional and personal capacity
- Diary and time management
- Email management
- Screen and respond to all correspondence and take action as appropriate
- Procurement of items and doing relevant investigations for prices, etc
- Provide secretarial and administrative support
- Make use of own vehicle for daily and or ad hoc duties
- Representing management at relevant meetings
- Coordinate events as and when required
- Ensure all required approvals are processed
- Maintain the filing system and staff records
- Ensure that all tasks are captured and updated regularly
- Act as the communication medium in the office to relevant internal/external persons
- Assist in managing all legal requirements, including documentation and relevant correspondence
- Chair staff meetings and compile minutes
- Assist management in a personal capacity as and when required
- Ad Hoc online banking & related
Job requirements:
- Grade 12 or equivalent certificate essential
- Minimum 3 years experience as an PA/Administrator or similar position
- Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, Internet & Email programmes
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Tact and discretion, with a high level of confidentiality
- Strong organisational skills
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- This position reports to: Director
