Looking for a PA/Receptionist to join dynamic accounting firm in Knysna to start January 2018.
Job requirements:
- Grade 12/ Matric
- 2 years' experience as a personal assistant
- Well organized
- Ability to work under pressure
- Computer literate
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
- Desired skills/experience: Tax, Deceased Estates, Trusts, Company Secretarial.
Job responsibilities:
- Support diary management activities in order to effectively schedule appointments.
- Effectively manage the Director’s email.
- Pro-actively screen incoming calls, correspondence and respond independently where possible.
- Provide secretarial support (agenda, minutes, action plans etc.) for the preparation and successful execution of meetings.
- Order and control office supplies.
- Arrange payments to suppliers.
- Invoice clients, maintain debtors’ ledger and follow up on outstanding amounts.
- Ensure files are kept in order and easily accessible.
- Collate, compile and distribute documents.
- Manage signing of documents and tax returns.
- Participate and contribute to a culture which builds rewarding relationships, facilitates feedback and provides exceptional client service.
