Tesla Institute is seeking a vibrant individual who has a passion for teaching.
Criteria for a successful candidate:
· Be computer literate (Email & Internet, Office package)
· Be able to work well with a team
· Be able to work with little supervision
· Be able to teach both children and adult leaners
· Be able to learn the course content and be able to present it in an exciting way to learners
· Have reliable transport to the training centre in Umbilo · Have integrity, be resourceful and reliable
· Have a Matric Certificate or have prior teaching experience
· Have an excellent command of the English language
· Possess good interpersonal skills and have a willingness & ability to learn & grow within the organisation.
· Be well organised & a logical thinker.
Advantages:
· Teaching/lecturing / trainer/assessor experience
· Teaching/lecturing / trainer/assessor qualification
· Ability to speak a 2nd language
· Have a background in any of the following:
o Beauty Therapy
o Business / Entrepreneurship
o IT o Media
o Acting /Presenting
This is a junior post with an entry-level salary.
