1. Customer Service - Voice - approximately 9 months call centre and or retail experience
2. Webchat - Live chat - approximately 1 year minimum call centre expereince advantageous .
3. Sales - soft sales - 1 year minimum sales experience within a call centre and or retail enviroment.
4.German Customer Service - Approximately 9 months call centre and or retail experience . and working visa.
General Requirements are :
1. Matric grade 12
2.Clear criminal and credit record
3.Excellent command of English
4.Ability to work shifts essential
5.Business writing skills advantageous
6.MS office skill advantageous
