- Develop a strong network within the region.
- Maintain an updated customer database by interacting with active and non-active customers.
- Conduct customer visits with current and prospective customers including visits with management.
- Ensure that the entire deal is concluded from quotation process through to delivery.
- Ensure all relevant documentation is collected and submitted timely.
- Ensure the trade-in process (if applicable) is completed & signed off before completion of the deal.
- Ensure that all administration required is obtained and completed.
- Ensure payment is received timely from customers.
- Achieve sales targets.
- Analyse trends and needs.
- Achieve & Increase market share.
Qualifications:
- Grade: 12 Matric Certificate
- Attend training courses, ensuring that they contribute and successfully pass.
- Pro-active, highly motivated and pay attention to detail.
- Work well under pressure and maintain good customer relations.
- Process orientation and compliance skills.
- Encourage team work.
- High level of communication, interpersonal relations and negotiation skills.
- Time Management Skills.
- Good understanding of operational aspects of the business.
- Customer focused with a result driven approach.
- EC or EC1 drivers license.
Experience in the same/similar role - 3 years
