JOB DESCRIPTION
- Ensure effective and accurate administration of procurement systems, call center and documentation of suppliers/vendors and ensuring that tasks/queries are kept in line with the SLA
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
- Maintaining of supplier database and pprocessing of certificates for suppliers/vendors
- Telephonically assisting clients/suppliers with queries
- Monitoring acquisitions of clients and constantly following up with them
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- Matric
- Must be a Procurement/SCM graduate
- Must be computer literate with highly accurate, speedy and grammatically correct typing skills (MS Office Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet)
- Must be able to communicate effectively
- Must be a Fast learner
- Must reside within Ormonde or surrounding areas
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 -5:00
