Job Summary
A Video Production Coordinator supports the Video Production Manager and is responsible for coordinating the production of all videography assets. This person will also ensure that everything runs smoothly during filming and that the project stays within budget and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for coordinating video production schedules
- Manage all administration regarding the production of videography products, this includes the booking of venues and resources, communication, organisation, etc.
- Assist in preparation for pre-production and production documents for shoots
- Responsible for ordering of products for shoots and managing the inventory “life cycle” from ordering to return
- Project Manage each project
- Occasional up-loading and organizing of footage
- Administrative support to the Video Production Manager
- Manage and organize the creative services videography library
- Ability to organise electronic files and manage archival process
Required Skills & Desired Experience:
- Relevant qualification and/or relevant work experience
- Excellent organizational, communication and leadership abilities
- Must be a team player that can manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in video production
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
- Must have strong proficiency in Excel, Word, and online organizational programs
- Oral and written communication, interpersonal skills
- Must have excellent time management skills and be able to deliver quality video in fast paced environment
- Ability to work independently with a self-motivated "do what it takes" approach
