Strategic Planning
- Analyse present market trends and likely future trends of key assigned accounts.
- Compare analysis results to present product offer and future offer plans.
- Identify potential products to satisfy established demands.
- Work on Account plans for each assigned Panel Builder Accounts.
- Manage own time including setting up and attendance of functions outside normal business hours.
- Manage own targets with Direct Accounts.
- Promote range of products to the identified market.
- Train and support customers with use of SE systems (mySchneider)
- Track pipeline with allocated panel builders (target 2x).
- Offer solutions to meet the customer need.
- Quote on required products.
- Obtain the sale.
- Ensure delivery within desired period by communication with supply chain and aligning customer expectation on key projects.
- Rectify any financial / documentation problems/conduct quarterly review at all direct customers.
- Ensure payment is made timeously.
- Ensure the Panel Builder commercial policy is adhered to and Partners are educated.
- Keep up to date with system developments and apply the policies and procedures relevant to the position.
- Keep CRM system up to date, BFO, pipeline and customer facing time
- 2-3 years experience in Sales (Channel, Inside Sales)
- NQF Level 5/6 Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Experience in SAP, would be an advantage.
- Experience in Salesforce (Bridge Front Office)
- SADC
- Reports directly to the Channel Sales Director (Panel Builders)
- Works closely with other Account Managers (Panel Builders, Distribution Channel Sales Manager and other SE Account Managers)
- Required to interact with any Channel Partner in the allocated territory as requested by the relevant Channel Manager
- Works closely with the Channel Marketing Manager and Marketing Specialist for Panel Builders
- Achieve the allocated growth targets for indirect approach through certified partners, while contributing to global development objectives and profitability.
