Job Description
Responsible to manage the factory in an effective and efficient manner while ensuring the productivity of staff. Ensures that best results are achieved in relation to the stipulated budget, cost-effectiveness and prescribed quality targets
Requirements
- 2-4 years relevant experience
- Code 8 Driver's License and own vehicle
- Clear Criminal Record
- Medically Fit
- P Certification: Fumigation Products
- Grading Certification: Products
- Good administration skills
- Ensure quality products.
- Ensure safe and secure storage and monitoring of products.
- Ensure compliance requirements for successful internal, external audits and legislation.
- Proactively identify possible risks and ensure timely action in order to limit and/or prevent risks.
- Ensure competitive products and services.
- Coordinate handling and logistical flow of Pecan Nuts;
- Plan and manage storage spaces accordingly.
- Ensure proper maintenance schedule related to upkeep, upgrades and breakdowns.
