Role Purpose/Business Unit
- To ensure that all contracted KPIs are adhered to within Customer Acquisition Division.
- To supervise the staff within Customer Acquisition Division to ensure that targets are achieved.
- Quality & Processing Times Adherence
- Pro-actively work to improve existing systems and processes
- To maintain relationships with customers
- To supervise the team in order to ensure that targets are met.
- Ensure service levels are within agreed levels
- Operational Performance:: Ensure monitoring reports are up-to-date
- Ensure team performance reviews are done as agreed upon
- Min of 3 years relevant experience plus 1 year supervisory/team leader experience
