An exciting opportunity for a proactive, unconventional, efficient and meticulous individual with strong financial and communication skills, who is a team player and enjoys working within a fast-paced environment.

The incumbent will be fully responsible for the monthly completion of standard reporting on WAPT (Weighted Average Payment Terms), review of the P&L and accountability for ensuring that results are not materially misstated for Procurement in the Zone Completion of reconciliations between systems (e.g. SAP vs BW; SAP vs HFM, SCFD).

Completion of monthly analysis files e.g. Weighted average payment terms (WAPT) reports, forecasted Latest Estimates (LE) and Commodity Tracking

Population of standard tracking & monitoring (T&M) presentation decks for each Business Unit as well as for the Zone reporting to Global,

Key roles and responsibilities:
  • Annual Plan / Budget includes, but are not limited to:
  • Adhere to all deadlines, milestones and submission requirements to the Zone Procurement team
  • Complete all budget calculations w.r.t price (working with Category Managers)
  • Completion of budget SCFD submission by plant and submission to Global (GCC)
  • Ensure final budget is properly uploaded in all relevant tools (COGNOS, SCFD, Syspro, TM1, BPC)
  • Weekly & Monthly Process includes, but are not limited to:
  • Highlight risks and opportunities during the month and course-correct where possible.
  • Prepare month end actuals in line with Control guidelines.
  • Prepare monthly standard decks as required by stakeholders.
  • Champions:
  • Support the ZBB PPM Lead to drive the Champions process for all ZBB Packages.
  • Measure, update and review all projects monthly.
  • Support ZBB PPM Lead to align Champions and R&O outlook.
Profile
  • Relevant 3 year university degree in accounting, business, economics,
  • Engineering or similar.
  • High sense for accuracy
  • Computer skills (MS Office: Excel, Powerpoint, etc), with particularly strong
  • Excel skills
  • Good knowledge of consolidation & reporting tools (Cognos, TM1, BI)
  • Knowledge of ERP Systems SAP, Syspro
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills & problem solver
  • Used to working with deadlines
  • Ability to work in a well organized, accurate and reliable manner
  • Working in a multi-cultural environment
  • High level of service mindset
  • Coordination skills
  • Communicative, team oriented and open for change
  • Basic business sense
  • Highly results focused
  • Leads by example, and lives the companys values
  • Presentation skills
