Requirements
- Diploma (NQF Level 6) or Bachelors Degree (NQF Level 7) in Business or related field.
- Postgraduate degree or qualification would be advantageous.
- Project management qualification would be advantageous.
- Strategic leadership with strong business acumen.
- Ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
- Excellent client relationship, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
- Advanced knowledge of multi-channel marketing strategies, techniques, and tools.

Client Engagement Strategy:
- Develop and implement innovative client engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies with overall business goals.
- Identify and target key market segments to enhance outreach efforts.
- Work with teams to formulate and execute client acquisition strategies.
- Oversee and manage lead generation marketing initiatives.
- Effectively manage the leads pipeline to optimize conversion.
- Implement strategies to convert leads into active customers.
- Ensure the optimization of the conversion tunnel for efficient business development.
- Oversee the development and execution of key account management strategies.
- Identify growth opportunities within key accounts and create tailored account plans.
- Develop tools and processes for monitoring and reporting on key account performance.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations showcasing performance.
- Utilize data insights to inform data-driven decisions.
- Lead and mentor all Client Engagement teams.
- Foster a collaborative, innovative, and high-performance team culture.
