Qualifications

Bachelors degree in engineering

5 years work experience in relevant field of engineering and management

High and low voltage knowledge

Imbedded system experience

PLC programming

Wire routing

Advantageous Experience

Knowledge in SolidWorks electrical would be advantageous

Ability to speak either French or German

Responsibilities

Design and Develop Electrical Systems:

Responsible for the design and development of various electrical systems, devices, and equipment, ranging from small-scale electronics to large power systems.

Circuit Design

Creation and development of electrical circuits for diverse applications, such as communication devices and computers.

Installation And Maintenance

Install, maintain, and troubleshoot a wide range of electrical equipment and systems, from power systems to telecommunications equipment.

Testing And Inspection

Conduct regular testing and inspections of electrical systems to ensure correct and safe operation. Perform necessary repairs as needed.

Create Drawings And Specifications

Generate detailed schematics and technical specifications for electrical systems to be used by technicians and other engineers.

Ensure Electrical Code Compliance

Ensure all designs and installations meet relevant local and national electrical codes.

Power Systems Analysis And Design

Design power distribution systems, analyze power quality, and perform load flow and stability studies.

Manage Energy

Provide advice on energy efficiency, develop energy management plans, and implement renewable energy solutions.

Project Management

Oversee projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to established specifications. Interface with stakeholders, including local and foreign stakeholders.

Conduct Research And Development (R&D)

Engage in R&D activities to advance technology in fields such as electronics, power generation, and electrical distribution.

Systems Integration

Work on integrating complex electrical systems with other systems within a building or process.

Signal Processing

Handle the processing and analyzing of signals integral to telecommunications and control systems.

Automated Systems Design

Design and implement automated systems for a wide array of applications.

Technical Consulting

Provide technical expertise and advice to clients or other stakeholders.

Training

Offer training and support for the use of electrical systems and equipment.

Conduct Safety Assessments

Perform risk assessments and develop safety protocols for electrical systems.

Site Visits

Expected to travel to the site to execute services effectively when required by the Company. All travel and accommodation expenses during these visits will be fully covered by the Company.

Other Responsibilities

Other responsibilities may be assigned by a manager on a day-to-day basis as required by the Company.
