Purpose:
- Education:
- A matric certificate with Accountancy and Mathematics as a minimum requirement
- Diploma or a degree an added advantage
- Computer Literacy
- Relevant customer service certification an added advantage
- Experience:
- Minimum 2 years face to face Customer Service experience
- Dealing with customers directly in a service related environment
- Attributes and critical competencies:
- Ability to speak Afrikaans and Setswana
- Creative problem solving
- Good communication and feedback skills
- Good written English skills
- Good listening and comprehension skills
- Decision making & good judgement ability
- Individual Skills: learning ability, assertiveness, tenacity, team player and inquisitiveness
- Service Delivery Orientated
