NDC Personnel & Contractors is looking to fill the role of Warehouse Admin Assistant / Stock Controller in Cape Town! This is an exciting opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented individual to join an FMCG team in the Southern Suburbs! As a Warehouse Admin Assistant / Stock Controller, your key responsibilities will include booking transport, scheduling timeslots, and handling deliveries for multiple regions. You will manage equipment and consumables orders, maintain control over the vehicle fleet and machinery, and handle stock takes and daily inventory control. You will also oversee inter-branch inventory transfers, check overtime sheets, capture leave for warehouse staff, and serve as the company's Health & Safety Admin Coordinator. Additionally, you will manage the companys pallet account and perform various other administrative tasks related to warehouse operations.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position, with a Matric qualification being essential. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly in Outlook, Excel, and Word, is required, and knowledge of WMS Acumatica would be advantageous. The successful applicant must demonstrate a strong ability to work under pressure, maintaining a high level of accuracy, especially when it comes to stock takes and figures.
