Opening and closing of the warehouse Manage and assist with the receipt of stock as ordered by Procurement Managing the allocation of stock per Procurement Manage and assist with the distribution of stock, process of all stock returns from stores, repacking of returns and the re-labelling of all stock Co-ordinate all documentation to be sent to Head Office Maintain stock levels in warehouse Place orders to Head Office for all stock needed Preparation of management reports for monthly meetings Monthly meetings with all warehouse staff Manage Warehouse Assistant, Driver’s Assistant and Driver Plan delivery schedules and routes Ensure maintenance of trucks Assist the HR department regarding all HR administration Communication of all necessary payroll changes Compilation and maintenance of division’s leave roster Assist HR in training needs analysis for division Induction of all new employees to the division Performance management
