- Enter MPS container offloading.
- Populate the receipt of each container in the system, items by items.
- Enter the information into receipt note file to track the stock.
- Manage the daily floating stock and orders.
- FIFO management of floating stock
- Manage shortage and excess for each item.
- Communicate shortage issues with your supervisor/Management.
- Push production and the equipment daily needs to the right storages place and ensure availability.
- Send a completed inventory of the floating stock each week.
- General warehouse equipment flow process owner
- Matric (Grade 12).
- Tertiary qualification diploma in warehousing/Supply chain will be an advantage.
- 3-5 years work experience in similar role.
- Time Management.
- Work independently.
- Good administrative and coordination skills.
- Forklift license.
- Basic in Microsoft skills/computer skills.
- Communication skills.
- Basic of logistics management software (i.e. Winrest).
- Clerical skills to update records.
- Inventory control/management.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
