Stock management
- Ensure appropriate storage of FG from production to WH based on defined standards
- Defining the way how goods and all kinds of materials are stored to achieve maximum warehouse utilization in all various types of warehouses which are valid for the respective plant.
- Continuously optimizing the warehouse layout to improve the flow of the goods.
- Identifying non-turning materials as well as blocked FG and initiate corresponding measures.
- Lead further improvements via new methods and tools, initiate projects regarding warehouse space optimization.
- Ensure proper execution of standard warehouse processes (storage, consolidation, shipping and receiving) and exception handling
- Organizing warehouse inventory takings.
- Take stock counts or silo readings whenever defined / necessary.
- Adjust stock in systems as per defined processes
- Execute measures with involved departments and escalate if deviations within the processes
- Be responsible to communicate to customers their owned stock, enable customer stock counts and deliver summary about the various contributing factors to it (Hard tolling reconciliation/declaration) in alignment with finance.
- Ensure timely and accurate material preparation and delivery to the buffer zones / machines as per defined processes
- Coordinate stock levels and initiate procurement or the supply from external storages to ensure 0 breakdown due to materials / secondary packaging
- Ensure the sorting, cleaning of as well as the correct preparation (packaging clearance = no old FG) of secondary packaging.

- 3 years bachelor's degree (Associates) in related field or equivalent
- Min. 5-10 years of experience in Warehousing/Supply Management
- Supervisory experience required, preferably in Warehousing
- Certified Forklift Driver and/or Trainer
- Very good computer skills
- Excellent organizational skills
