A well-established organisation in Edenvale is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to join their team. Salary is R 25 000 per month.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Must have a Matric Qualification
- Must have a Degree or Diploma in Operations or relevant qualification
- Must be proficient in MS Office
- Must have a Valid Driver’s License & own Vehicle
Key Performance Areas:
- Planning and controlling change
- Ability to Recruit, select, train, schedule and discipline employees
- Research new technologies and alternative methods for efficiency
- Responsible to prepare an annual budget, schedule expenditures, analyze variances and initiating corrective actions
- Overseeing inventory and distributions of products
- Ensure and maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following and enforcing standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations
- Able to meet operations and organisation mission by completing related results as needed
- Manage staff levels, wages and hours
- Run a safe, injury/accident free workplace
- Manage relationships with key operations vendors
- Track vendor pricing
- Review and approve all operational invoices and ensure they are submitted for payment
- Serve as primary point of contact when there are customer issues related to equipment quality, customer service, or accidents
- Communicate customer issues with operations team and come up with ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints
- Work together with Director and management team to set and/or implement policies, procedures and systems and to follow through with implementation
- Ensure Communication of all operating policies and/or issues at department meetings
- Work together with inventory manager and team to perform analysis of our inventory and ensure we are utilizing our inventory effectively and purchasing the right inventory
- Perform other duties as required
