Warehouse Supervisor
Job Details
The Store Supervisor 101 will work with a team of staff and will deal with issues such as training and discipline of staff. Typical Work activities include:
- Having a clear understanding of the companies policies and vision and how the warehouse contributes to these;
- Motivating, organizing and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure productivity targets are met or exceeded;
- Produces regular reports and statistics on a monthly basis;
- Maintains standards of health & safety, hygiene and security in the work environment
- Responsible for the smooth running, accuracy and recording of Bin audits, cycle counts, and wall to wall counts including year-end counts & stock takes with external auditors
- Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols
