Senior Construction Project Manager
Candidate Requirements / Experience in the following:
You'll need to be either RICS, CIOB or APM professionally qualified and have experience with a private practice or consultancy. You'll have significant experience in the role of a Project Manager and / or Employer's Agent and be able to demonstrate your skills in traditional, Design & Build and NEC procurement and contract administration. You'll have experience in the commercial / industrial and residential sectors and if you've worked in other sectors that would be a bonus. If you are also professional, diplomatic and client focussed then you could be just who we are looking for.
