Job:
- Organizing of events and meetings through electronic diary management
- Typing and distribution of correspondence
- Screening calls and taking messages
- Minute Taking
Experience/Skills
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working as a personal assistant
- Fluent in English (Written and Oral)
- PC Literacy with experience in MS office
- Ability to communicate with executives (Internally and externally)
- Must be well-organized, able to work under pressure and independently
