We are seeking care workers to work with one of our clients in a residential home The manager is committed to ensuring the residents have great care. When you walk around the home you can see the residents are happy and well cared for. It is definitely a happy home. The home has 50+ residents in three separate ‘units’. You will always be working as one of a pair along with one of their permanent staff. The permanent staff will work along with you with joy as they appreciate that without your help the residents would not receive the standard of care they deserve.
