Admin / Web assistant is required in Port Elizabeth.
Job requirements:
- Visual ideas and creativity
- Being able to use leading design software packages (Example: Photoshop, etc.)
- Assisting with basic web design
- Develop and design: Advertisements, brochures, etc.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A determination to achieve and succeed
- The ability to see projects through from inception and production
- Consistency regardless of project size
- Good organisational skills that support the rest of the team
- The motivation to maintain and improve design standards
- The willingness to listen to feedback and use it to improve
- Assistance with existing website and keeping it up to date
- General office work
- Be able to communicate to clients
- Email marketing
- Basic accounting in Quickbooks & Pastel
- Assisting with Invoicing and Quotations
- Excellent spelling and grammar
- Bilingual (Afrikaans & English), Xhosa will be an advantage
