Purpose of Role: To manage the Foundry in order to meet the budgeted daily targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture. Operate machines / equipment in accordance with safe work instructions. Adhere to safety and housekeeping as per company procedures and OHS Act requirements including its associated regulations.
- Production: Manage production and cost-effective resources management of shift employees. Implement sustainable systems to control daily targets and outputs.
- Administration: Perform administrative function. Co-ordinate and control production administrative system in accordance with relevant policies, procedures, any statutory regulations / legislation.
- People Management: Manage, develop and motivate staff to achieve company objectives.
- Relevant degree or equivalent from two-year tertiary institute or college.
- Minimum one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Advanced computer literacy (MS Office).
- Ability to read and interpret documents. Ability to write routine reports and communicate effectively.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
