Doel van die Pos: Die Rekeningverhoudingsbestuurder speel 'n kritieke rol in die ontwikkeling en instandhouding van langtermyn verhoudings met ons klinte. Die suksesvolle kandidaat sal verantwoordelik wees vir die bestuur van 'n portefeulje van klinterekeninge en die bevordering van ons produkte en dienste om klantetevredenheid en maatskappygroei te verseker.
Sleutelverantwoordelikhede
- Ontwikkel en onderhou sterk verhoudings met klinte deur gereelde kommunikasie en kwaliteit dienslewering.
- Identifiseer nuwe besigheidsgeleenthede deur klintbehoeftes te analiseer en pasgemaakte oplossings voor te stel.
- Bestuur en los klinteklagtes vinnig en doeltreffend op.
- Bereik verkoopsdoelwitte en dra by tot die algehele sukses van die maatskappy.
- Werk nou saam met ander spanne, insluitend bemarking en produkbestuur, om produkverbeterings te bespreek wat klintetevredenheid kan verhoog.
- Ervaring in Besigheidsadministrasie, Bemarking, of 'n verwante veld.
- Bewese ervaring in klinteverhoudingsbestuur of 'n soortgelyke rol.
- Uitstekende kommunikasievaardighede in Afrikaans en Engels.
- Sterk analitiese en probleemoplossingsvaardighede.
- Vermo om selfstandig sowel as in 'n span te werk.

Purpose of the Role: The Accounts Relationship Manager is critical in developing and maintaining long-term relationships with our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts and promoting our products and services to ensure client satisfaction and company growth.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and quality service delivery.
- Identify new business opportunities by analyzing client needs and proposing customized solutions.
- Manage and resolve client complaints efficiently and effectively.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.
- Collaborate closely with other teams, including marketing and product management, to discuss product improvements that could enhance client satisfaction.
- Experience in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in client relationship management or a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Afrikaans.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
