- Lei en bestuur die volledige werwingsproses van begin tot einde vir 'n verskeidenheid van industrie en posvlakke.

- Voer gedetailleerde vooronderhoude uit en fasiliteer die onderhoudproses tussen kandidate en klinte.
- Handhaaf 'n aktiewe en georganiseerde databasis van kandidate vir toekomstige werwingsbehoeftes.
- Werk nou saam met klinte om hul werwingsvereistes te verstaan en bied deurlopende ondersteuning en advies deur die plasingsproses.
- Verseker nakoming van alle regulasies en standaarde binne die werwingsbedryf.
