Looking for cellar door and wine club ambassador.
This position will play an important role in the growth and retention of wine club members, plan and execute events, send correspondence to keep members engaged, and also be a big part of the tasting room staff where you will meet and attract new members.
Job requirements:
- This role consists of administrative responsibilities including updating data bases to invoicing.
- A formal wine qualification preferable, WSET or Wine Academy
- 1-2 years’ wine/sales experience
- A positive attitude with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Exceptional communications skills and Fluent in English
- Strong wine knowledge and passion for wine
- Winery or related field experience strongly preferred
- Guest focused with the ability to provide exceptional, high-touch customer service at all times
- Invoicing
- Managing and updating the Wine Club Data base
- Strong administration skills
