Emalahleni (Witbank), Mpumalanga: AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE MANAGER
Minimum Requirements:
-Well presentable male
-Fully bilingual in both Afrikaans and English (First and second languages)
-Matric / Grade 12
-Qualified Auto Mechanic (Qualification obtained)
-Minimum 5 years relevant Auto / Vehicle Service Management experience a must (KEY REQUIREMENT)
-Valid Driver’s license (Company vehicle provided)
-Reside in/near Witbank area
-Stable employment record and contactable references
-To start as soon as possible
Duties:
-Full function Automotive Service Management, including Staff Management, Operations Management, Service Management etc.
-Oversee full operations of auto service company to ensure compliance with quality standards
-Oversee the inspection of automobiles to identify faulty components and facilitate process for repairs
-Supervise the activities of automotive service technicians to ensure efficient job performance and timely repairs
-Oversee the procurement of vehicle parts, automotive equipment and various other items required
-Staff management and assign/schedule work duties to auto service staff according to their skills
-Manage cost estimates, services and repair costs
-Ensure customer satisfaction at the highest level through effective services and repairs.
Salary: ± R 25 000.00 gross (Depending on relevant experience)
Benefits: R 5 000.00 Fuel allowance, Use of Company vehicle, production bonus based on performance
