To register, promote and implement work integrated learning programmes for employers, stakeholders, training providers and learners in accordance with the company policies and applicable legislation governing these programs.
Responsibilities:
To register, promote and implement the various work integrated programmes and bursaries that form part of the company's annual performance plan
To manage the implementation of the various projects from inception to completion, including monitoring and controlling the financial aspects of the project
To liaise with and manage relationships with employers, public higher education institutions and service providers
To conduct quality assurance visits with employers, training providers, public higher education to ensure standards are maintained
Collaborate with the research department to conduct ongoing research and recommend the development of new pojects
To travel extensively while representing the company in various stakeholder forums, events
Minimum Requirements:
Degree in Business Management or Learning development or equivalent
3 years in implementing learning programmes
3 years in project management
Valid drivers license
Project management qualification(preferably Prince II)
Knowledge in skills development act, levies act, learning and development experience
BBBEE sscorecard pertaining to skills development
