Engineering workshop has a vacancy available for a Workshop Assistant. Duties include assisting artisans with finishing work ie. grinding and polishing, maintaining a clean working environment in the workshop, cleaning, maintenance and storage of equipment and tools.
Minimum Requirements:
Grade 9 or ABET Level 4,
1 year experience as Workshop Assistant,
Must be able to operate the following power tools: Angle grinder, bench grinder, Hand and bench drills, blow torch,
Welding experience desireable,
Salary: R 8,000 per month.
