As a Service Workshop Coordinator , you will be responsible for supporting the finance function in Turkey and being a business partner to other functions in the organization. This position requires accomplishing a variety of FP&A tasks, including but not limited to review and analysis of actual financial information as it relates to monthly financial reviews and forecasts, annual budget preparation, balance sheet account management and the assistance in supporting and creating processes and procedures to increase the efficiency and value of the overall Turkey Finance Department.
Job Responsibilities
- Invoicing - To process and ensure the accuracy of the invoices.
- Spares allocation - allocation of spares from stores to the scheduled work as requires.
- Work in Progress WIP report: Reconcile all open outstanding jobs where cost allocated too.
- Back Log Report sales orders - investigate and process Back log report on Sales orders
- Order Processing
- Sales forecasting
- Credit notes - Assist the invoicing clerk to investigate and process Credit notes
- Quoting Generate quotes and sent it to customers Do quote follow-ups
- Filing general filing and scanning of documents on all internal systems
- Job Scheduling and planning schedule technician jobs check with technicians on progress
- Technician Productivity & Time Management

Required
- Grade 12 and Basic Admin experience
- 3-5 Years experience
- UPS Product and Battery Knowledge
- MS office skills
