- Assist in developing and implementing the company's brand and marketing strategy
- Ensure that all marketing efforts serve immediate and long-term business goals by identifying and executing improvements for process, content and lead generation
- Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for program success
- Compile market research, forecasts, competitor analysis, campaign results, and consumer trends
- Execute marketing strategies through end to end tactical plan
- Manage marketing yearly calendar
- Planning, Implement, manage and report on tactical campaigns which are results driven and talkable, and ensure it aligns to our brand values, tone and style
- Research and develop new marketing campaign strategies
- Identify appropriate integrated marketing communication touch points to take Yassir to the market
- Enforce brand marketing guidelines throughout each campaign to create a cohesive feel to each campaign across the different CI guidelines from different campaigns
- Responsible for identifying and planning of Yassir events calendar with key stakeholders and broader Yassir's strategic partners
- Work and align marketing campaigns/plan with Sales and Operations department
- Reporting and measurement of campaign success
- Manage and execute CSI initiatives for Yassir
- Using data/Insights to inform marketing tactics
- Stakeholder engagement
- 5 years proven experience as a marketing coordinator/specialist
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, advertising, or communications
- Experience in data analysis and research
