JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as an Online Merchandising Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for executing online merchandising activities, as well as diligently tracking the movement of goods within our network to ensure stock movements are accurate and captured within agreed timeframes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute online merchandising strategies to optimize product presentation, app navigation, and customer engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product management, to ensure accurate representation of products and promotions
- Monitor app performance and conduct regular analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement effective strategies
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to obtain product images, descriptions, and other relevant content for online listings
- Utilize analytics tools to track website traffic, customer behavior, and conversion rates to inform merchandising decisions
- Work closely with the inventory management team to capture and update product information, pricing, and availability in a timely manner
- Diligently track the movement of goods within our network to ensure stock movements are accurate and captured in agreed timeframes
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and e-commerce best practices to recommend innovative merchandising and inventory management strategies
- Previous experience in e-commerce merchandising, online retail, or inventory management
- Proficient in content management systems (CMS) and e-commerce platforms
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail

- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a passion for driving continuous improvement
- Experience with tracking tools or software for inventory management is a plus
