Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in Marketing role
- Marketing qualifications advantageous
- Excellent Microsoft 360 proficiency (Including MS Teams and SharePoint)
- Events coordination experience will be advantageous
- SEO (including Google analytics and Ads)
- Social media content creation
- Email Marketing Technology (such as Hubspot or Mailchimp)
- Content marketing strategies, including blog and video marketing
- Web analytics and performance measurement
- Copywriting and storytelling techniques (experience with the Donald Miller Storybrand framework will be advantageous)
- Proficiency with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
- Knowledge of WordPress and Divi Builder advantageous
- Multi-channel marketing campaign planning and management
- Social media marketing and paid advertising platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
- Branding and positioning strategies
Supporting the marketing team in various tasks, which include but are not limited to:
- Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences to gather relevant information for marketing strategies.
- Content Creation: Assist in creating and proofreading marketing materials such as blog posts, social media content, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Social Media Management: Help manage and maintain the organisation's social media accounts by scheduling posts, responding to comments, and analysing social media metrics.
- Data Analysis: Collect and analyse data related to marketing campaigns to assess their effectiveness and provide insights for future strategies.
- Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of marketing events, such as product launches, trade shows, or promotional activities.
- Email Marketing: Assist in creating and sending email campaigns, as well as maintaining email lists and analysing email performance.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative tasks related to marketing activities, such as organising meetings, managing calendars, and maintaining marketing databases.
- Customer Interaction: Engage with customers and respond to inquiries or comments on various marketing channels, fostering positive relationships.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other members of the marketing team, as well as cross-functional teams such as sales, design, and product development.
- Digital Marketing Support: Assist in implementing digital marketing strategies, including search engine optimisation (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, and online advertising.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing initiatives and prepare regular reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Action marketing OKRs (Objectives and key results).
