More About The Area & Team
The position is with within the Transactional Banking Digital Channels.
The team is busy with the next evolution of the Online Payments system now that the clients can be migrated off the ARO legacy systems.
The team comprises of .net Developers, Functional Testers and Analysts that report into IT and work remotely unless required to attend in person workshops.
More About The Project
The projects main objective is to transform clients payments file to the common system domain object so that we can process those payment files in the new build.
The projective also seeks to onboard new clients that have a specific format that they already use which they would like to now use at the business to process their payments.
Requirements
Job Description / Responsibilities:
- Manage the test plan development and test execution to ensure that testing is on time
- Perform analysis on the user stories in order to create test cases over and above Acceptance Criteria
- Ensure that the application is tested, validated, and piloted on time and within budget, and that it meets or exceeds expectations.
- Review test, validation, and pilot results to ensure that they meet the entry and exit criteria
- Report defects as needed
- Facilitate defect meetings and coordinate defect resolution
- Create and report defect status
- Minimum 3 - 4 years as a Test Analyst
- Experience in the Banking and Payments
- Analytical mind
- Self-starter who can identify tasks on their own and follow through till delivery
- Web API testing experience
- XML and PAIN
- Data migration experience
- Data mapping and transformation testing experience
- Payments Domain knowledge
- Comfortable interacting with external clients / end users / senior stakeholders
- System integration testing experience is a positive
- Testing analysis
