Zoho CRM Administrator

This role is key in overseeing the administration of a CRM system, specifically Zoho, while managing the data integrity and supporting campaign activities. The CRM Administrator will maintain a clean and organized database, ensuring the system is utilized effectively for all marketing efforts, including newsletters. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain the CRM database, ensuring data accuracy and cleanliness.
  • Oversee the execution of campaigns run through the CRM system, providing support and guidance as needed.
  • Assist with training and onboarding of team members regarding Zoho functionalities.
  • Generate reports and analyze data to improve campaign effectiveness and database quality.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure effective use of Zoho for campaign management.
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues related to the CRM system and coordinate with technical support when necessary.
  • Maintaining data accuracy amidst changing marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Learning and adapting to the complexities of the Zoho system while supporting team members.
Qualifications And Skills
  • Prior experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems, particularly Zoho, is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration.
  • Understanding of digital marketing principles and campaign management.
Experience

Minimum of 2 years of experience in database administration or a similar role, with a focus on CRM management and campaign oversight.
