Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the CRM database, ensuring data accuracy and cleanliness.
- Oversee the execution of campaigns run through the CRM system, providing support and guidance as needed.
- Assist with training and onboarding of team members regarding Zoho functionalities.
- Generate reports and analyze data to improve campaign effectiveness and database quality.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure effective use of Zoho for campaign management.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues related to the CRM system and coordinate with technical support when necessary.
- Maintaining data accuracy amidst changing marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Learning and adapting to the complexities of the Zoho system while supporting team members.
- Prior experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems, particularly Zoho, is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration.
- Understanding of digital marketing principles and campaign management.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in database administration or a similar role, with a focus on CRM management and campaign oversight.
